This notice covers the personal data you send us through this website. It does not cover data processed inside the Forsage Systems application, which is governed by the agreement with your company.
Who is responsible
Forsage Systems is the controller of the data you submit through this site. The full legal entity name and registered address are to be confirmed and will appear here. Until then, write to support@forsage-systems.com with any question about your data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, what your company does, your preferred language and your message. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, open a demo account if you want one, and keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering someone who asked us a question.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by a third-party form service and reaches us as email. Beyond that, your details are not shared, sold or passed to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement takes over. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, and complain to your national data protection authority. Write to support@forsage-systems.com and we will answer within one month.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Your language choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. Clearing your browser data removes it.
